We Aggressively Prosecute Credit Card Fraud:
We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products
using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers.
Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for
goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the
perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute
fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent
orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United
States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret
Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will
work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue
fraud offenders.
Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants
and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on
for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either
refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or
different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products
online.

RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to
process the return. Please phone or email us BEFORE returning any
items. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the
wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN
number during checkout. You may be responsible for the return shipping.
If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue
immediately. NO refunds or exchanges on electrical parts. Parts must be
unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged and unaltered packaging
to be eligable for return.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Handling is estimated at $8.95 or by a percentage of the total order, which ever is the greater amount. Because the weight and dimensions of each item are not available at the time of order, adjustments to the shipping amount may be necessary. If an adjustment to the estimated amount is necessary, you will be contacted for approval prior to processing your order.
Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
